Peace Inside Out's Reiki Restorative Retreat will be seven days of ease and restoration in sacred Puerto Rico, anchored by reiki attunement classes and creative workshops, and healthy island based food by Chef Roberto Pérez of Urban Pilón. Class/workshops are done by 3pm, leaving participants with ample space to rest and integrate learnings , explore locally, schedule a massage with available therapist or even cook together.

Fresh and creative menus including special diets such as vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten free are all welcomed. There is an intentional concentration to support local brands and Puerto Rican farmers. Your worry free nutrition will help your wellness thrive during your retreat.

Hector is the co-founder of Peace Inside Out with his partner and wife, Melody Gonzalez. Peace Inside Out is personal and community transformation through the Arts, Restoration, Community, and Health (A.R.C.H.) Centered in the belief that watering peace and joy is the foundation of health, the A.R.C.H. are all the different ways Peace Inside Out accesses holistic wellness. Via poetry or bomba dance workshops, restorative justice training, curriculum development, community events, or the various healing modalities and offerings such as post-partum care, rebozo massage, reiki, meditation or acudetox, Peace Inside Out has been serving since 2015.
